Instructions

You can download the form here. You will receive two A4 pages:
The first page contains the initiative text. A maximum of three people from the same municipality may sign – one person per line.

Once all fields are completed, fold the sheet so that the text is on the inside. Make sure the fold is neat and firm. Fold the second page as well – this time with the address facing outward. Then insert the signed sheet into the second page. Seal both sheets above our address with a small sticker.

In this state, you can simply drop the form into the nearest mailbox. No stamp is required.
